MONK FISH OIL A dietary supplement of 500 mg soft gel.

Backgrounds: DHA is one of the most important Omega-3 fatty acid. It has been demonstrated that DHA is important for cellular, heart and metabolic health.

The product is extracted directly from Monk fish liver with a quite high level of DHA. The product consists of over 95% of triglycerides with 25% of Omega-3 fatty acids including 15% of DHA.

Main Functions: The consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA carried by the fish oil may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. It is also useful to provide DHA into the human body for other disorders.

Product Comparison: Omega-3 Salmon oil: in 1000 mg of the Salmon Oil, there are only 200mg of active Omega-3 fatty acids with 70 mg of DHA

Monk Fish Oil: contains 250mg of Omega-3 fatty acids in 1000mg of the product with 150mg of DHA, almost the twice amount of DHA, compared with the Salmon Oil product.
